Return Policy of Purchased Products on omgyno Online Shop

As a prerequisite for returning products the customer must present the relevant purchase document that proves the transaction (e.g., Receipt Retail, Sales Invoice / delivery note etc.).

1) Defective Products

In case of a defective product, a customer can contact omgyno for the product to be replaced. Omgyno will replace the product if the requirements of the law comply with the terms of the return policy of the Company. In case of returning a product, when the consumer wishes to express its replacement, an e-mail discount coupon code will be received, with an equal value for another product or products, with which a new order can be made or simply replace the product returned.

2) Right of Withdrawal

A customer has the right to withdraw after purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire within 14 calendar days from the day the customer or a third person indicated by the customer (other than the courier), acquires the physical possession of the goods.

In order for the right of withdrawal to be executed, the customer must inform the company with the name “omgyno IKE.”, located in Athens, on the Piladou 33, (+302114185125, email: for one’s decision to withdraw  by a clear statement (like a letter sent by post or email). 

The right of withdrawal provided from the Greek Law Articles 3e to 3ia L. 2251/1994 shall not apply in: a) the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable in case of return for both health and healthy reasons, which were unsealed after delivery, c) the supply of goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized and d) the supply of goods after delivery, by their nature, which are inextricably mixed with other elements.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement on the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant documents (receipt – invoice) for sale.

Since the purchase has been conducted with the use of ​​a credit / debit card a cancelation of the transaction will be made together with an update in the customer’s account within 14 calendar days.

Effects of Withdrawal

If a customer withdraws from the current contract, all the money paid to our company will be refunded including delivery costs (excluding the additional expenses which are due to the customer’s own choice as far as the way of delivery is concerned, which differs from the least standardized way of delivery that we offer) without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day the customer was informed about his decision to withdraw from this contract. Our company will carry out such refunds using the same method of payment that our customers used for the initial transaction, unless they have expressly agreed otherwise and in all cases, they will not incur costs for such refunds, unless a customer suggests a different way of his money being refunded (other than used in the first transaction), then he will be charged the expenses for using this different way from, which (expenses) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. “We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.” You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the day you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The customers bear the responsibility for any diminished value of the property resulting from unnecessary handling which was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods (the handling and examination of the products should be made in a way that allows customers to examine them as if they were in an actual store).


Specifically for cases of a product being paid from you on delivery into your residence, or in any case it is not possible for the money to be returned used in the original transaction, the refund, in case of withdrawal, we will, upon request, deposit the amount of money to your bank account.

Originally pack the products in the box in which the order was received. You can reply to the confirmation e-mail of your order and then the parcel should be sent through the courier agency from which the order was originally received, in account of the Returns Department.

Cancellation of Orders

  1. If an order is registered on our website, or made by phone, out of the working hours, the cancelation is possible. a) subsequently to the order by e-mail to, since it is sent and received by omgyno before 9:00 am, on the day of receipt of the e-mail order b) by calling +302114185125, if the products are not delivered.
  2. In all other cases, a customer may cancel his order by phone or by e-mail if the products are not delivered for shipment. For the customer’s convenience, it is preferable to know the number of the order.

omgyno reserves the right to withdraw or amend legally the return policy of publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.

In case of repeated returns from the consumer, omgyno reserves the right to refuse to accept the product return due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products, even if they meet the above terms and conditions (art. 281 CC).

If not complied with these legal proceedings or not met the legal requirements to accept the return of a product, then it will be returned to the consumer  who will bear the cost of packaging and shipping.
