    Katerina Magdalinou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and scientific collaborator of omgyno. Her interest in gynecology and the role of nutrition in the female body started at school, where she proposed a research thesis on “Study of the relationship between dietary habits and primary dysmenorrhea in a sample of young women”, which was graded 10/10. She undertakes, among other things, nutritional support for women who are facing conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, dysmenorrhea, reproductive problems, who are pregnant, lactating, menopausal, etc. Her approach is holistic and individualized, focusing on the needs and desires of each person and aiming to achieve a diet that fits their daily life and ideology.
