It’s easy to personalize your workout. Available in three progressive weights, Laselle Exercisers can be used individually or linked together for six different weight combinations.
The weight and the combinations are optional – every single user can combine them as they wish, to suit their ability and needs.
The weight range: 28 g (light resistance, it’s ideal for beginners or those with a weaker pelvic floor). 38 g (moderate resistance, best for those who have experience in weight-free exercising), and 48 g (higher resistance, perfect for those experienced in weighted exercising).
