How many of the daily issues women and people with vaginas face are we aware of? How much do we know about our bodies and sexual wellness, or how “simple” is a visit at the gyno?
When we are used to getting our periods on time, and suddenly 2, 3 or 6 days have passed and we haven’t seen any blood, or experienced any tummy pain yet, many of us might start making scenarios of what might be wrong!
You do not need to avoid sexual activity during your period. Although the sex may be a bit messy, it is perfectly safe.
People of all ages masturbate for different reasons. It may help with relaxation, it may be due to curiosity and body exploration, it may assist in self soothing behaviours or, in many instances, it just feels good.
